- Why do I have to register to shop here?
When you register, your contact and delivery details are stored securely online in your customer area. This means that you do not have to resubmit your delivery details every time you place an order. When you make a purchase, all you have to do is log in and your details are prefilled during the checkout process.
You can also check the delivery status of your current orders, view your previous orders and update or amend your contact details online in your customer area.
Please note that we DO NOT store credit card details on this website.

There are four payment methods to choose from:

- What delivery methods are there?
We use Royal Mail to deliver orders.
Overseas orders are delivered by Royal Mail Airmail.
- Is there a delivery charge?
Yes. There is a delivery charge which includes postage, packing and handling. The Delivery / Package / Handling charge is automatically calculated during
the checkout process.
All goods are despatched by Royal Mail.

Delivery/handling of orders over £100 is free.
- Can I check the delivery status of my order online?
Yes, all you have to do is log in with your email address and password and you will be able to check whether your order is still being processed or has been despatched.
You will also receive an automated email, telling you when your order is being processed or has been despatched.
- How long does delivery take?
Most items are despatched the same day, or within 24 - 48 hours of ordering. All orders are despatched using Royal Mail.
UK delivery times average 1 - 5 working days.
Europe delivery times average 3 - 10 working days.
Rest Of World delivery times average 7 - 14 working days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as Internal Customs, national holidays and postal delays.
Don't forget. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging in with your Customer email address and password.
Orders purchased by cheque or bank transfer will be despatched when payment is received and cleared.
- Can I have my order sent to a different address?
Yes. You can store up to five different addresses in your customer area.
You select the relevent address that you want your order sent to during the checkout process.
- Are my credit card details safe?
Yes of course!
As we use secure third party payment processors like PayPal and NOCHEX to process credit card and debit card orders, we NEVER have any access to your credit card information at all.
No credit card information is EVER stored in our website database.
You are, however, responsible for keeping your email address and password safe to prevent unauthorized access to your Customer information.

- Why can't I get the preview songs to play?
It is required that you have some form of MP3 player on your computer.
If you do have a music player on your computer, go to its Preferences or Options then add mp3 to the list of Accepted File Types.
- Are the CDs for sale on this website brand new?
Yes. The CDs are all brand new; either manufactured by the bands themselves or by small record labels. Some CDs are sealed in shrinkwrap or clear CD wraps.
- My CD has arrived broken. What shall I do?
If your CD arrives with a broken case, there is no need to return the CD. Simply contact us , telling us the problem and we will send you a new blank CD case.If there is a problem with the disc itself, there is no need to return the CD. Simply contact us , telling us the problem and we will send you a new disc. (without the case)
