groovy and the lyrics are cruel :-) Especially the songs "You can't dance", "Your too expensive for me" and "Not the one blues".
But there's also some happy moments. Check out "Happy Blues" and the happy go lucky instrumental: "Ha Keem". Enjoy! £7.99

BURNSHEE THORNSIDE - Rock This Moon The Funky Duo is back with more classic Pop/Rock/Jazz. Now releasing their third album "Rock This Moon", a title taken from one of the tracks. As always, Burnshee Thornside presents a joyful mix of pop, rock, jazz-soul, funky jazz and some nice ballads, along with crazy, funny, thoughtful and satirical out-of-the-ordinary lyrics. Some call it retro, some call it schizophrenic, some call it "Steely Dan meets Frank Zappa meets Level 42, meets Michael Franks, meets Motown... in a Swedish way", some just love it. We hope you will too :-) £7.99

CURFEW - The Return of the Jazz Fusioneers The Return of the Jazz Fusioneers captures the 'live' feel of the band after a long (but very enjoyable) UK tour. As a result there's lots of first takes in there and very few overdubs. This means both extraordinary energy levels on some of the uptempo sections and great dynamics on the quieter numbers. Think Weather Report mixed with Tribal Tech! £7.99

J-FUNK - Breakthru The "demo" release of J-FUNKs debut album was both sudden & drawn out. Some of the recordings are in fact nearly 10 years old. However, at least half of the album was created in the latter of 2006 & early 2007, recorded & mixed in the bedroom of J-FUNKs (very small) 1 bedroom apartment in North London. The "funkasoul" blend of funky beats, catchy melodies & slick harmonies creates a tasteful mix of developing songs destined for greatness. Additional mastering by J-FUNK & Jean-Michel Sutcliffe. £8.50

ZE - Your Delight Visually and audibly well packaged, this is personable, down-to-earth and friendly. ZE(pronounced Zee) is undoubtedly a chanter to be cherished in the UK soul-gospel scene as this new keepsake debut collection conclusively reveals. Highly recommended, the backdrop tracks are sophisticated and atmospheric soul. Her songs are self-penned aflame with quiet enthusiasm for life, love and the Good News. She almost brashly has the bearing and standing of a well established artist. Yet this is London-born ZE’s first full length album release, produced by James Cannock. "Can't Help But Wonder" was featured on a compilation CD in support of the work in Darfur, Africa by charity CORD and featured well on the NCM Euro Chart. (Reviewed by Paul Davis - New Christian Music) £9.95
