He further honed his skills at talent bookings, promotions and development as vice president of the former Chinatown-based Big Bank Entertainment, securing performances and promotional opportunities for emerging artists primarily at venues in Chicago's thriving urban entertainment playground of Wrigleyville before branching out to film/video production, high-end photography, clothing design and merchandising, concert promotions and DJ'ing as head of his own company FAME International.
His most successful project to date is the 2007 Hot Girls Calendar, featuring some of the most stunning models in Wisconsin, Detroit, Las Vegas, Canada and Miami and featuring the work of photographers from Detroit and Arkansas to London.
Maverick holds a marketing degree from Northeastern Illinois University.

He is attached to Baby Love Production's trailer feature Horror, "Love Kill," in a lead male role of a white good cop partnered with a black bad cop seeking a serial killer on the loose. He is also attached to DuSABLEAN's full-length feature dark comedy, "Chickenhead Bound," in the lead male role of libertine pootang-magnet R&B artist Robin Good.
